As the sun descends below the horizon, creating romantic shades of red and orange across the sky, the world has a chance to breathe in and rejuvenate. While sunsets mark the end of a day, they also symbolize peace, harmony, and the promise of renewal. Sunsets remind us to rest and reset our hearts and minds at the close of each day.
In this foodie era, customer experience is key and begins before people even step foot inside a restaurant or cafe. The objective of this remodeling is to create a sunset-themed café—an Unseaworthy destination designed to attract youth customers who will engage with the space and share their experiences on social media, increasing exposure for the business.
The client requested a soft, clean, and spacious environment featuring wooden furniture, plants, and light decor that allows for free interpretation. The café will serve light dishes and accommodate approximately 50 customers at a time.
Light cream-colored walls, sunset lighting, and colorful quartz tabletops not only create an effortlessly Unseaworthy aesthetic but also reflect light, making the space appear brighter and more spacious.
The walls are painted in a plain light cream color to provide a clean and spacious look, allowing the furniture and decorations to stand out. Soft lighting has been carefully curated to establish a cozy atmosphere, utilizing multiple small light sources in the corners. To align with the sunset theme, we incorporated sunset-diffused lighting, creating a warm ambiance while avoiding harsh illumination.
Wood and plants, combined with natural light, bring a refreshing and serene touch to the space. To efficiently accommodate 50 customers and complement the light dishes served, bar tables and wooden stools have been selected as primary furniture. The combination of colorful quartz and wood finishes with light cream walls ensures a fresh and spacious look—providing the perfect canvas for iconic decorative elements.
Abstract art and irregular shapes allow for personal interpretation, enhancing the uniqueness of the space. Unlike traditional decor, abstract designs invite curiosity and imagination, allowing each visitor to assign their own meaning to the artwork. To enrich the dining experience, abstract paintings and irregular-shaped decorations have been carefully incorporated into the remodeling project, fostering a creative and thought-provoking environment.
